1. Data controller

The data controller is Cédric Leblond (Dynamidoxa), publisher of cubatys.com. You can contact him via the demo request form on this site.

2. Data we collect

The site only collects the data you send us and the strict technical minimum:

  • Demo request form: name, work email, company (optional), description of your need (optional).
  • Technical data: host access logs (IP address, pages visited) for security purposes, and Cloudflare Turnstile anti-bot verification when the form is submitted.
  • Analytics (Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity): only if you accept via the consent banner.

3. Purposes and legal bases

  • Answering and organizing your demo request: pre-contractual measures taken at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
  • Site security and anti-spam (Turnstile, logs): legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f GDPR).
  • Analytics: your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), withdrawable at any time via “Manage cookies”.

4. Recipients and processors

Your data is never sold or rented. It is processed by the publisher and, on his behalf, by:

  • OVHcloud / OVH SAS (Roubaix, France): site hosting.
  • Cloudflare, Inc. (USA): Turnstile anti-bot protection of the form, only.
  • Resend / Plus Five Five, Inc. (USA): delivery of demo form emails.
  • Google Ireland Ltd (Google Analytics) and Microsoft Ireland (Clarity): analytics, only after consent.

5. Transfers outside the European Union

Some processors are established in the United States. These transfers are governed by the mechanisms of GDPR Chapter V: the EU-US adequacy decision (Data Privacy Framework) where the provider is certified, or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

6. Retention periods

  • Demo requests: 3 years after your last contact, then deletion.
  • Host technical logs (OVHcloud): standard infrastructure retention.
  • Cookie consent choice: up to 6 months in your browser.
  • Analytics cookies: up to 13 months.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise these rights, contact us via the site form describing your request.

You may also lodge a complaint with the French supervisory authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).

8. Cookies

Without action on your part, no analytics cookie is set. The consent banner lets you accept or refuse these cookies; your choice is stored locally and can be changed at any time via “Manage cookies” in the footer. Cloudflare Turnstile anti-bot protection, strictly necessary for form security, may set technical cookies exempt from consent.
