Which plan formats are supported?
DWG, DXF and IFC natively, plus PDF plans. No AutoCAD installation required.
Do I need AutoCAD or CAD software?
No. Cubatys Métré reads your files directly, without a CAD license.
How does automatic takeoff work?
The tool filters the layers useful for takeoff, detects rooms, walls and openings, then computes net quantities (openings deducted). You validate each measure visually.
Where is my data hosted?
In France. Your plans remain your property and usage is GDPR compliant.
Is it suitable for public tenders?
Yes: multi-package DPGF import, CCTP analysis, and Chorus Pro / Factur-X invoicing with Cubatys Devis & Facture.
How does the demo work?
30 minutes by video call, on your own plans. Send a DWG or a PDF and we do the takeoff live.
